These figures cover complaints made through the public portal and recorded in the Commission's register. They are aggregate: no individual case, complainant or officer can be identified from anything on this page.
Confidential disclosures are not included in any figure above. Counting them separately would say something about a channel whose value depends on saying nothing at all.
The same figures are available in machine-readable form through the public API, so anyone can check them without asking the Commission.
