The matters the Commission may look into, and the matters it may not.
Matters we can look into
List the categories of complaint the Commission entertains.
Matters we cannot look into
Set out the exclusions in the enabling Law — for example matters already before a court, and matters where internal remedies have not been exhausted. Being clear here saves people the trouble of a submission that cannot be acted on.
